Project Description:
Giron Construction was contracted by Herrero Bolt in June 2012 to provide tenant improvement services for converting a former retail site into what would become the design and construction management office for one of the largest hospital construction project in San Francisco. Giron Construction self-performed site demolition as well as project managed and supervised ten sub-contractors, in creating an administrative facility from which the integrated project team could successfully build and bring online this featured state of the art healthcare facility in 2019.
